Your private link
Your portal opens from the private link your provider emails you. There is no password to remember.
- Open the email from your practice and choose the link.
- Confirm the email address your practice has on file, and your birth month and year.
- Your portal opens on the first screen your provider chose for you.
Your name, birth date and case number are never in the link. After several wrong tries the link pauses for your safety, and your practice can send a fresh one.
