Platform

One command center. Every stream in sync.

ErrAI is the engine inside ErrAISync: a constellation of services, each named for a star, that carries a case from the first form to a signed plan and the outcome after it.

The constellation

Each part has one job, and they all point the same way.

The case

Command center

Show what is unusual for this client; hide what is usual.

Every case opens on one screen: the steps done and waiting, the values outside this client’s usual range, and the one next step. Detail lives one click deeper, never one scroll deeper.

In testing
  • Care Snapshot with healthy bands
  • Source stamp on every number
  • Light, Dusk and Dark themes
β Ursae Majoris · a pointer star

Merak

Intake and screener, captured as structured evidence.

Named for the star that points the eye to the North Star. Merak sends intake and symptom screeners as a secure link, recognizes what is already on file, and keeps the client’s original answer beside any correction, with a reason and an audit trail.

In testing
  • Flagged answers reviewed against their source
  • Acceptance blocked while a flag is open
  • Client reports are evidence, not orders

Polaris

Provider-reviewed analysis with a visible rule trace.

Polaris ranks care pathways from the genetic report, labs, screener and intake with rules the provider can open. Inputs it read but did not score stay visible, and where no rule exists, it says so rather than inventing one.

In testing
  • Why this, on every line
  • Rule drafts stay off until a clinician signs
  • Plan review and PIN signing
What stars are made of

StarDust

The client’s story, in words they can keep.

A separate service that explains one client’s results in plain language, shaped for the reader and the discipline. StarDust explains; it never gives medical advice, and nothing reaches a client until the provider releases it.

In development
  • Client handout and fridge sheet
  • Modules by discipline
  • Partner companion
Every star at once

OmniStar

Practice learning, without a single name.

OmniStar looks across a practice’s clients for patterns in genetics, screener answers, labs and outcomes. It shows counts with a minimum group of ten, and its results never turn into a treatment recommendation.

Planned
  • Gene and symptom grids
  • Outcome tracking across visits
  • No cross-practice data
In your pocket

Client & Provider apps

iPhone and Android, on the same ErrAI services.

The Client app remembers its link, opens with Face ID or fingerprint, and sends health data from the phone when the client allows it. The Provider app brings the day’s cases and signing to the same shell.

In testing
  • Secure messages and visits
  • Reminders on the phone
  • Apple Health and Android Health Connect

What it reads

Bring what you have. In any format.

ErrAISync reads the reports your practice already owns. It does not replace your lab, your supplement platform or your record system; it ties them together.

GeneticsGenetic reports

Gene results with the calls that matter, including pharmacogenomics and food sensitivity panels.

LabsBlood panels

Labs in any format, graphed per test across every draw, with conventional and clearly labeled functional ranges.

WearablesDevices & phone health

Apple Health, Android Health Connect, rings and watches; outlier days told apart from sustained trends.

InteropHL7 & FHIR

Standard health records files read straight into the case.

MerakScreeners

Symptom screeners and follow-ups, scored and kept beside the original answers.

MerakIntake

Medicines, history and goals, captured once and recognized next time.

OutSigned plan

A plan ready for your supplement platform, order sheets for your labs, and a client report.

OutOutcome tracking

Weekly check-ins, retests and 30-day before-and-after device trends.

Ready when you are

See one case, end to end.

We’ll walk a made-up client from intake to a signed plan, then show what they would see at home.
