One environment per practice.
Each practice’s data lives in its own environment. One practice never sees another’s clients.

ErrAISync · uh-RYE-sync
Your genetics, your labs and the way you live each day, finally read together. ErrAISync gives your care team one clear view of the whole client, and gives you a plan you can understand.
What the name means
A marker edging out of range. A gene change that alters how a medicine is processed. A sleep pattern that slips for weeks. ErrAISync spots the small deviations early, and shows the rule and evidence behind every finding.
Genetic reports, lab panels in any format, screeners, intake and wearable exports are read into one case. Findings come from rules your provider can open and inspect, never from a black box.
ErrAISync replaces a scatter of portals, PDFs and apps with a single home base. Every stream lines up on one screen, so nothing drifts off on its own.
The Pisces cord
In the old sky charts, the two fish of Pisces are tied by a single cord so they never drift apart. ErrAISync is that cord for your biology: it reaches across separate data streams and syncs them into one health constellation, your care team’s compass toward your True North.
The command center
The usual stays quiet. The unusual rises to the top, each number stamped with the file it came from. One click on Why this opens the rule and the inputs that fired it.

How a case moves
Intake and symptom screener, sent as a secure link. Anything already on file is never asked for twice.
Genetic reports, lab panels, HL7 and FHIR files, and wearable exports are read into one case.
Care pathways ranked by rules you can open, with the inputs that fired each one.
The provider reviews, edits and signs. Only a credentialed provider changes medicines or orders.
The client receives their story in plain words: what was found and what it means, never medical advice.
Follow-up screeners, check-ins, retests and device trends show whether it worked.
For care teams
ErrAISync turns the genetic report, the labs and the symptom picture you already have into a plan you can defend. You sign it, your client gets a readable report, and ErrAISync shows you whether it worked.
For clients
When your provider releases it, the ErrAISync portal and phone app show how you are doing, the plan your provider signed, and the forms and check-ins that keep it current.
Clear lines
Trust starts with knowing exactly where a tool stops.
Pathways are ranked by inspectable rules. Language models write prose, not decisions, and every recommendation shows its rule.
ErrAISync never sequences or genotypes. It reads the reports you already own, from the labs you already use.
It sits on top of your practice systems and hands off a signed plan, order sheets and a client report.
Every client view is released by the provider. Nothing a client sees recommends treatment on its own.
Privacy by construction
1
Each practice’s data lives in its own environment. One practice never sees another’s clients.
The system refuses until a business associate agreement is recorded.
Plans are hash-locked and signed with the provider’s PIN. Doses are written by the provider, never calculated by software.
Every number carries the file and date it came from, so a reviewer can trace it in one click.
Practice-level comparisons show counts with a minimum group of ten, and never feed a treatment choice.

Why Errai
Polaris guides us today, but the sky is slowly turning. Around the year 4000, a star called Errai, Gamma Cephei, will take its place at the pole. We named ErrAISync for what comes next: a steadier way to find True North.
